Chapter 1

๐ŸŒ Accessing New Markets

Relentless networking. From initiating a friendly, professional connection to taking the risk to travel to Bangkok (H.E.A.T. International Congress), turning conversations into immediate international revenue.

What started as a conversation in Bhutan led to an invitation to the H.E.A.T. International Conference, where I had the company sign a partnership with Mr. Dear (his Thai nickname) of the same conference.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ End-to-End Ownership

Built structures from absolute zero. Experienced in managing supply chain logistics, farmer-supplier pipelines, laboratory testing, and launching consumer sub-brands (KUZU) from the ground up.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Uncompromising Grit

A true startup survivor. Navigated extreme runway constraints by collaborating directly with the CEO to deploy emergency GTM strategies, pulling the company forward through raw sales execution.
